The city of Odai is blessed with the Miyagawa River, one of the clearest running rivers in Japan, and, due to large temperature differences between day and night, the city is an optimal environment for the production of green tea. Fertilizer suppliers and farmers work together here.
We decide on the best fertilizers, in order to create the finest soil, with the goal of growing “great tea,” a work that requires meticulous care and thorough love of the craft.
